I have to say, the experience of going through that home on (Street name) and hearing your insight as we saw all of the issues was awesome. You really seem to have the heart of a teacher. While I headed home on Friday disappointed that (address) wasn't going to work, I was very happy we had you take a look at the place, and I felt a sense of understanding about the specific issues homes in this region have. My in-laws were very impressed with the report, and told us with the number of home inspections they have had over the years, never experienced such a thorough and qualified report.
